Responsibilities:

• Develop robust and scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs for various platform functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and video interview features into the core platform.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to high coding standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Solid understanding of designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with modern web development practices and database integration.
• No prior professional experience required; strong aptitude for learning and problem-solving is essential.

Academic level:

• Doctorate degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
